"Sakhhi" A Film By Souvick Sarkar & Produced by Rikta Mukherjee - music and triler launch



Bolly Tolly News, Kolkata 10th august,2017 : After his last released movie Virus director Souvick Sarkar is ready with his next Bengali feature film titled "SAKHHI". Sikha (played by Saayoni Ghosh) a simple girl comes to a different city with her father and younger sister in search of work and falls prey to the eyes of Jagat (Played by Anindya Pulak Banerjee) where she gets raped by him and his friends.



Being the younger brother of Bhai Da (Played by Debshankar Haider) who is the don of the area, Jagat manage to get a guy named Shyamal (Played by Arjun Chakraborty) who stands as the witness against Sikha. Due to the fraud witness of Shyamal, Jagat gets out of the whole thing.
Then comes into play Manjula Devi (Played by Locket Chatterjee) a social activist who motivates Sikha to fight the case.



Whether Sikha succeeds or not is the matter is to be unfolded. Sakhhi also stars Rii Sen, Raj Saha, Shantilal Mukherjee, Pratap Sharma in various supporting roles.The lyrics, music and BGM has been done by Niladri Banerjee. Aditi Paul, Javed Ali, Moholima Sinha and. Shovan Gang* has lend their voice for the song. There are 4 songs in the album.
The movie is releasing 8th September'2017.
