It is a designer boutique intended for any woman anywhere in the world who is seeking to explore her femininity. The designs jolted out of this boutique strive to bring out that streak of uniqueness in you besides upping your glamour quotient. Just imagine, the bold, beautiful, confident you, pacing around in prominence, drenched in the dazzling shades of Bengal that tastefully highlights the rebel in you. Yes, this is what Renesha has to offer!
The name ‘Renesha’ (derived from its Latin-french counterpart ‘Renaissance’ meaning ‘rebirth’/ ‘revival’) and was adapted by Atreyee Sen, the founder designer, to give voice to her suppressed inner-self. The boutique that was inaugurated in 2010 stands to this day as a declaration of her fiery, obstinate spirit to prove herself for all it is worth.

You actually have to come down in person in order to experience the enigma! How else can one put in words the sheer ecstasy of spotting the azure blue, the canary yellow, the ruby red, the dazzling orange, the piercing pink and the French violet fabrics skillfully strewn across the room. The collection at Renesha comprises of Saris, Suits, Kurtis, Kaftans, Lehengas, Designer blouses and prêt wear, and few accessories too like Hyderabad-e pearls and an wide array of hand bags (collected by Atreyee on her various tours). The current collection features commercially viable designs; the cuts are feminine and flowing in flares with exquisite embroidery. Atreyee, it seems, takes special pleasure in playing around with Tusser and Rawsilk. The collection is rich in surface ornamentation with special emphasis on handloom, embroidery sequence and beads, and aplic.
If you think that Renesha stands out only by dint of its splendid collection, then you are only slightly mistaken. Well, take a closer look at the pricing and you will know exactly what we are talking about. Much like the fabric, the prices too are justly crafted to fit your pocket. It stretches from a range of INR 400- INR 9000.

In the span of the last five years the rebel and her rebellion has grown by leaps and bounds. In Atreyee’s custody, the clientele of Renesha has fanned out to Bangalore, Benaras and Raipur in India, and beyond the border to Dubai, Bangladesh and even to the U.S! So there you go. . .
This year atreyee have worked on beautiful saris on cotton jaquad with ikkat and raw silk multi coloured border which gives a touch to a bengali woman more traditional and gracious..Saris have been designed in kalam kari and cotton handloom and jute with moti and parsi work borders given a added touch of sophistication...
