Bolly Tolly News, Kolkata 5th December,2017 : Here in the city we had star studded event “Calcutta International Cult Film Festival “ inaugurated on Tuesday in the gracious presence of the Brand Ambassador none other than the legendary actor Mr.Soumitra Chattopadhyay to vividly increased the essence of such international level of cultural platform designed by CICFF with screening of the films across the Globe . The other celebrities like Debojyoti Mishra , Joy Goswami , Kalyan Sen Bharat , kaushik Sen , Mumtaj Sarkar , Shanti Lal , .& Shri Asad Chowdhury , renowned author and poet of Bangladesh were also present at this event .
The festival will continue till tomorrow also, 6th of December. In an annual LIVE screening of the selected films from different countries across the globe , the best films will achieve the very prestigious “GOLDEN FOX AWARD”from the hand of Mr Victor Eustaquio, festival director of CIFF .Calcutta International Cult Film Festival(CICFF) is a unique initiative of HLC Studios.
The sole purpose of festival is to develop a film culture that inspires and brings together cross-cultural innovations. The event's goals are to introduce more people to art-house cinema. We would like to see films made primarily for aesthetic and philosophical reasons.
