Sanjiban Hospital in association with Lincoln University College malaysia announces programme on Doctor of Medicine

Bolly Tolly News, Kolkata, 25th August 2018, Moniraj Ghosh Dostidar : Sanjiban Hospital have recently signed collaborative agreement with the highly acclaimed Lincoln university Collage (LUC) Malaysia, to train Doctor of Medicine (MD) students (equivalent to MBBS in India, Listed by MCI) at their campus, along with different licensing examinations like USMLE, FMGE etc. The occasion witnessed the presence of Shri Purnendu Basu, Hon'ble Minister-in-charge, Dept. of technical Education,  Training & Skill Development, Govt. of West Bengal; Dr. Pradip Kumar Mitra, Director, Medical Education; Shri Tamal Kanti Ghosh, Special Secretary, Dept. of Health @ Family Welfare, Govt. of West bengal and Shri Baiswanor Chattopadhay, Chairman Borough, KMC along with Dr. Subhasis Mitra, Director, Sanjiban Hospital.

The main objective of this programme is to build a very high quality health education system by providing an innovative platform. A medical student would get an Doctor of medicine {equivalent to MBBS in India, Listed by MCI} degree by Lincoln University College (LUC) Malaysia and also would get a chance to qualify for listening examination {USMLE, MCCEE, PLAB, AMC and FMGE/IMG} by studying in Sanjiban Hospital campus.

Sanjiban Hospital is a multi-specialty hospital, situated in Fuleswar, only 25 miles away from the heart of Kolkata. It is run by a non-profit organisation, to bring world class health care especially to the rural area at a affordable cost. The Hospital has served Specially and life-saving treatments to patients in the surrounding districts and other states.
